Ternopil State Medical University students interned at a clinic in Poland

Fifth-year students of Ternopil State Medical University Medical Faculty Olena Oliinyk, Tetiana Lazar, and Iryna Lehka recently returned home from Poland after completing an internship. The admissions committee of Ternopil State Medical University has received almost 5,000 applications from prospective students

During the first week of this year’s admissions campaign at Ternopil State Medical University  it received 4933 applications from prospective students. Most of the young people want to study on the program in Medicine. For this specialty applied 2775 people, to fill in 200 available state-funded spaces (overall number of licensed spaces for this specialty for Ukrainian citizens is 500). XI International Student Summer School opens at Ternopil State Medical University

Ternopil State Medical University signed up an agreement with a Polish company MedlineSp. Z.O.O. to create a simulation center

In recent years, Ternopil State Medical University has become a center for civilians, military, police, and volunteer doctors to study emergency and first aid and tactical medicine. TSMU students provided health care services to the participants of music festival Faine Misto

For four days, from July 7th to 10th , students of Ternopil State Medical University carried out volunteer health watch during the festival Faine Misto, which took place on the grounds of Ternopil Airport. The future doctors gave paramedic help, responded to assistance requests from the guests, and worked closely with the emergency services. On July 11 Ternopil State Medical University launched this year’s admissions campaign. Executive Secretary of the TSMU Admissions Committee of Grygorii Zahrychuk noted that the applicants for the first year of full-time studies, submit electronic applications. Ternopil State Medical University students are undergoing practical training in Caritas

On July 4th fifth-year students of the medical faculty of Ternopil State Medical University started internship with the charity Caritas, where they carry out medical examinations and give advice to people from socially disadvantaged groups. Every day from 12.00 to 14.00 the future doctors take care of their patients. Ternopil State Medical University Student is awarded Pinchuk Foundation scholarship for the second time

These days Ternopil State Medical University student Bohdana Pereviznyk along with her colleagues is training at the Wroclaw Medical University, which has been a partner of our university for many years. Recently she also received the news that this year she once again was named among the hundred best students who will receive a scholarship from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
