On October 4 at 13.00 Ternopil volunteers together with Ternopil State Medical University at support of Ternopil City Council, Karma Kavy (Coffee’s Karma) coffee shop and Just Àrt design studio implement an international interactive art project for the first time in Ukraine. Despite the unfavourable weather, on September 27 at the Theater Square the representatives of Ternopil State Medical University presented medical wisdoms to the children of our city during the event “Scientific picnics”. “Professions’ Town” took place on September 20 in Taras Shevchenko Park as a part of national project. At this event the students of Ternopil State Medical University demonstrated the peculiarities of doctor’s works to Ternopil children. Associate Professor of TSMU Presented Her Scientific Achievements at a Conference in Korosten

On September 15 a scientific and training conference on topical issues of abdominal surgery was held in Korosten. The conference was opened by a regional children’s surgeon Professor Rusak P.S. He emphasized on the matter of peritonitis in children. The head of surgical department of Zhytomyr Regional Hospital Perepelytsia V.P. reported on the range of surgeries in this department. The scientists of Ternopil State Medical University participated in an international scientific conference “Circulation of Controlled Drugs in the Family Practice”. A TSMU Student Won a Charitable Marathon

Under the slogan “The strongest are those who direct their strengths to good deeds!” On September 18 the second stage of the charitable marathon took place. Ternopil State Medical University also joined it.  Ukrainian and international students of TSMU supported Ternopil citizens in raising funds to purchase an electroencephalograph for free examination of children suffering from epilepsy in Ternopil region. The Students of TSMU Carried on a Pre-Medical Aid Training in TISIT

Recently, the students of Ternopil State Medical University, who are the members of the rapid response team of the Red Cross Society in Ternopil, taught the students of TISIT the fundamentals of first aid.
