Cosmetology has not been limited to skin care only for a long time already. Elimination of various skin defects, healing of skin from diseases or manifestations of its aging is an essential component of modern living standards. Beautiful and healthy look, positive emotions in terms of feeling confident and emotionally stable are much more effective than a variety of psychotropic drugs.
The aim of the discipline is to provide students with knowledge about the basics of cosmetology, modern methods of diagnostics and prevention of skin diseases, methods of skin care, basic characteristics of cosmetics, various types of cosmetic procedures. Students will also study modern methods of face and neck massage, methods of skin care according to their individual characteristics, the ability to select medical cosmetics and modern hardware procedures based on skin type and patient age. Hardware cosmetology is a modern direction, which studies cosmetic care using instrumental methods which are based on the action of preformed physical factors, that can significantly increase the effectiveness of complex cosmetic care.
