Despite the unfavourable weather, on September 27 at the Theater Square the representatives of Ternopil State Medical University presented medical wisdoms to the children of our city during the event “Scientific picnics”. At this event the students of Ternopil State Medical University demonstrated the peculiarities of doctor’s works to Ternopil children. On September 15 a scientific and training conference on topical issues of abdominal surgery was held in Korosten. The conference was opened by a regional children’s surgeon Professor Rusak P.S. He emphasized on the matter of peritonitis in children. The head of surgical department of Zhytomyr Regional Hospital Perepelytsia V.P. reported on the range of surgeries in this department. This is the largest in Eastern Europe platform of public diplomacy for development of European integration of Ukraine strategy. YES was founded in 2004 as an independent organization.
