TNMU Students Gave Lectures on Seasonal Diseases

The peak period of various diseases is coming, so Ulyana Dyshko (group MM-304) and Ivan Lutsyk (group MM-308), the students of the Faculty of Medicine, organized a series of interactive lectures on “Season of (un) health”. The audience were the pupils of the lyceums of Volyn region, i.e. junior and senior classes of Kniahynynivskyi Lyceum (Lutsk district), Vetlivskyi Lyceum (Kamin-Kashyrskyi district), Volyn scientific lyceum-boarding school (Lutsk). TNMU Students Took Part in the Annual National Conference ICMAU

The annual ICMAU conference took place on October 15-17, 2021. Due to quarantine restrictions, the event was held online. The initiators of the forum hope that in the near future there will be another opportunity for face to face meeting. 30 students represented Ternopil National Medical University. Action of TNMU Students “Draw for Animals”

The students of Ternopil National Medical University are always ready to help those in need. Homeless animals are no exception. On November 16-19, 2020, the charity project “Draw for animals” was held. UAH 1505.5 was collected during this action. Each student who joined the fundraiser for the Noah’s Ark NGO was able to join creation of a joint poster by drawing something of their choice or sticking a sticker with a picture of animals. Student Conference for International Students of TNMU

The Federation of Students of Pakistan-Ternopil supported by Ternopil National Medical University organized a “Mega Medical Conference”, which took place on November 20, 2021 online in the Microsoft Teams platform under the guidance of Associate Professor Olena Pokryshko. The topic of the conference was microbiology, infectious diseases and pharmacology. Eight teams of participants presented their scientific achievements and countries. Interns Gave Lectures to Pupils on the Dangers of Smoking E-Cigarettes

On November 15, 2021, the Federation of Students of Pakistan-Ternopil together with Ternopil National Medical University organized an educational event on diabetes on the World Diabetes Day. During the event, the students measured glucose levels for everyone. The co-ordinator of the organizers was Viktoria Furdela, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics No. 2. 156 Ternopil residents were tested by students.
