America For Ukraine Foundation Supports the TNMU Volunteer Centre

Recently, the America For Ukraine Foundation has transferred $85,000 to the charity account of the Volunteer Centre of Ternopil National Medical University. The founders of this non-profit association are Petro Zinkovetskyi, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Felix Stanislavskyi, who is currently in Ukraine helping to coordinate volunteer assistance. They are natives of Ukraine and have lived in the United States for a long time. They support Ukraine in any possible ways.

The mission of the public initiative “America For Ukraine” is to help those in need. The Foundation finances and works with volunteers in Ukraine to deliver food and medicine to the regions it is needed the most. America For Ukraine supports more than 20 volunteers in Ukraine, a refugee shelter in Lviv, a program for refugee children on the Polish border, two hospitals and several kitchens where food is prepared.

America for Ukraine is a non-profit foundation aimed at alleviating the human suffering caused by the war by the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The consequences of unjustified Russian aggression are immeasurable and devastating. Millions of Ukrainian children, women and the elderly no longer have homes and have lost their relatives. Important water and electricity infrastructure, health and education facilities have been destroyed, hundreds of thousands live without heat and water. As the war escalates, more people die and are injured, and they are deprived of access to food and medical care. The America For Ukraine Foundation seeks to alleviate the suffering of Ukrainians and help them survive during this difficult time.

The TNMU Volunteer Centre expresses gratitude to the philanthropists and devoted patriots of Ukraine who are making every effort for our common victory. All funds will be used for the purpose intended, which will be reported on the website of the Volunteer Centre and in the TNMU news.
