National EMSA Assembly will develop its strategy for the future

Recently, Ternopil State Medical University students-members of the European Medical Student Association had a scheduled branch meeting. During the seminar, physicians-in-training worked on their first aid skills, in particular cardiopulmonary resuscitation. EMSA members organized educational activities for the World Diabetes Day

On the occasion of the World Diabetes Day, Ternopil State Medical University students members of the European Medical Student Association, organized a series of events. During two weeks, the doctors-in-training learned about the methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this disease, and taught city schoolchildren and students of other universities how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. European Medical Students’ Association held an open door meeting

TSMU students that form Ternopil branch of the European Medical Students’ Association recently held  an open door meeting in the administrative building of Ternopil State Medical University. President of the branch, fourth-year student Zuzanna Betkowiak from Poland, congratulated all present on the start of the new academic year. TSMU students represented the university at EMSA meeting in Budapest

The XXVII Autumn Assembly of the European Medical Student Association began its work on 2 September 2017, in the capital of Hungary, Budapest. Participating in the event are representatives of the branches of this non-governmental organization from almost all European countries. Ternopil State Medical University students organized events for the World No Tobacco Day

Each year TSMU students organize and participate in events dedicated to tobacco control. On May 31 of this year our students together with representatives of the regional Health Center and Red Cross Society volunteer corps (many of whom are also TSMU students) gathered together by Ivan Franko monument  in Ternopil to urge passersby to quit the harmful habit of smoking. Ternopil State Medical University members of the European Association of Medical students held a meting dedicated to the topic of hemophilia

Ternopil State Medical University students – members of Ternopil branch of the European Medical Students Association, held their regular meeting on April 14, 2017. It had two themes: World Hemophilia Day and Earth Day. The students prepared workshops and reports addressing these topics. World Health Organization and World Federation of Hemophilia designated April 17 as the World hemophilia Day. Ternopil State Medical University students organized a screening of films on medical topics

On March 10 TSMU students -members of Ternopil branch of the European Medical Students Association, at organized a Movie Fest, which took place at Palace Cinema. Meeting of Ternopil branch of European Medical Students Association took place at TSMU

Ternopil State Medical University students, members of Ternopil branch of the European Medical Students Association on 2 December held a thematic meeting.
