{"id":146271,"date":"2024-04-03T16:16:51","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T13:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/blog\/2024\/04\/03\/uryad-vnis-zminy-do-pravyl-peretynu-kordonu-studentamy-dennoyi-formy-navchannya\/"},"modified":"2024-07-17T17:10:17","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T14:10:17","slug":"uryad-vnis-zminy-do-pravyl-peretynu-kordonu-studentamy-dennoyi-formy-navchannya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/en\/blog\/2024\/04\/03\/uryad-vnis-zminy-do-pravyl-peretynu-kordonu-studentamy-dennoyi-formy-navchannya\/","title":{"rendered":"The Government Made Changes to the Rules for Crossing the Border by Full-Time Students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">On April 2, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine.\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.tdmu.edu.ua\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1-1-e1712177834924.webp\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1-690x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-72524\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1-690x460.jpg 690w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1-203x135.jpg 203w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The document stipulates that male students will be able to cross the border during martial law if they:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-54f8a4\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">are aged from 18 to 22 years old, not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">study on a full-time basis in higher education institutions of Ukraine of state or communal ownership and obtain a bachelor\u2019s degree (master\u2019s degree in medicine, pharmacy or veterinary field);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">are participants in educational academic mobility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">go to study in foreign educational institutions for 1 semester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To cross the border for the purpose of studying on academic mobility programs, students must have a certificate from a higher education institution of Ukraine regarding the referral of a participant of the academic mobility program to study in a foreign educational institution, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-80607e\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">grounds for cooperation;
