The key questions were:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-9e6c9f\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">development of the list of functional responsibilities of nurses as the first stage of creating professional standards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">promoting the development of professional standards for nurses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">improving the training of students in programs of pre-higher and higher medical education;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">strategic directions of nursing development according to WHO standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/dev.tdmu.edu.ua\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559-e1716727546871.jpg?ssl=1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559-690x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559-690x460.jpg 690w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559-202x135.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1H8A1559.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Kateryna Komar informed the participants of the event that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and WHO are actively working on creating a new model of nursing, which includes professional development and empowerment of nurses. She emphasized the need to create a continuum of nurses in Ukraine with higher education of the first, second and third levels and presented statistical data that indicate an insufficient number of questions related to the possibilities of training nurses on advanced training courses and undergoing specialization in nursing in connection with obtaining a license to conduct postgraduate education
