In the modern world, a scientists must possess very different competences. Almost 50 participants from Ukraine and Germany took part in the event. Professor Oksana Shevchuk, who is also a member of the public organization PNRM Ukraine, represented TNMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Expert panels were formed, headed by German and Ukrainian experts Elena Lichtenthaler and Dr. Martin R.
