Students of TNMU Department of Pathological Physiology successfully participated in the 93rd Research and Training Conference of Students and Young Scientists \u201cInnovations in Medicine and Pharmacy\u201d, which was hosted by Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University on April 28-30, 2024. One of the most active participants of the event were students representing the scientific club of TNMU Department of Pathological Physiology. They presented their scientific accomplishments in the current academic year.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olha Denefil, Head of the Department of Pathological Physiology of TNMU, delivered the official speech \u201cMechanisms of the development of adrenaline cardiomyopathy in rats subjected to hypodynamia and gonadectomy\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members of the Department scientific club won prizes in the \u201cNormal and Pathological Physiology\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First degree diplomas were awarded to Viktoria Miroshnyk and Ivan Bevziuk for the report \u201cChanges in the behaviour of rats of different sexes with post-traumatic stress disorder under the influence of antidepressants and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs\u201d (supervisor \u2013 Professor Olha Denefil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sofia Chornii, Anastasia Budarna for the report titled \u201cStress resistance of higher education students of various years of study\u201d (supervisor \u2013 Professor Olha Denefil);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sofia Homonets, Oleksandr Mihenko for the report \u201cIntestinal microbiota changes in rats of different sexes with post-traumatic stress disorders\u201d (supervisor \u2013 Professor Olha Denefil and Associate Professor Natalia Tkachuk);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Nazar Koliasa, Andrii Taras for the report \u201cDevelopment of insulin resistance in experimental non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in rats\u201d (supervisor \u2013 Kateryna Yuriiv).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    The third-degree diplomas were awarded to Viktoria Balk, Yevhenia Mozhova, Natalia Lanova for the report \u201cInfluence of inositol on the development of oxidative stress in rats of different sexes with steatohepatosis\u201d (supervisor \u2013 Professor Olha Denefil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These achievements testify to the high level of students\u2019 and young scientists\u2019 scientific work of the Department of Pathological Physiology of TNMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
