On March 13, 2024, first-year students of the Faculty of Medicine Viktoria Mosula and Roman Kovalevych conducted an informative and useful class for the 7th-grade students of the 7th grade of Ternopil Academic Lyceum \u201cIvan Franko Ukrainian Gymnasium\u201d on the topic \u201cInteresting Chemistry\u201d.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students discussed with the schoolchildren the safety rules in the chemistry classroom and demonstrated a number of interesting chemical reactions, such as \u201cvolcanic eruption\u201d, \u201ctraffic light\u201d, \u201cpharaoh\u2019s snakes\u201d and others. Students were extremely interested in the reaction of boroethyl ether formation, which burns with a green flame. Children took an active part in writing \u201cspy letters\u201d, the text of which was revealed when the paper was dried over a candle flame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the event was to interest children in studying chemistry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is planned to perform lessons in other classes of the Lyceum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
