to tell children and teenagers about what an electronic cigarette and energy drinks are, what substances they contain, why a person develops addiction and how it happens, what harm electronic cigarettes and energy drinks bring. The most relevant questions remain the following: \u201cWhat is more harmful: an electronic cigarette or a regular cigarette?\u201d, \u201cWhy do marketers continue to sell electronic cigarettes despite all their dangers?\u201d, \u201cWhat is the harm of energy drinks?\u201d, \u201cHow do caffeine and nicotine work? \u201c, \u201cWhy can\u2019t children drink energy
