On February 16, 2024, TNMU PhD student Marianna Koval successfully defended her PhD thesis in the field of knowledge \u201cHealth Care\u201d under the supervision of Professor Olena Venger. The dissertation is titled \u201cNon-psychotic mental disorders in combatants with underlying post-Covid conditions (clinical-psychopathological phenomenology, early diagnosis, complex treatment)\u201d. The topic is absolutely relevant for modern medicine and has significant scientific potential for providing effective personalized psychiatric care to this category of patients.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marianna Koval presented the results of her work, established clinical and phenomenological features of non-psychotic mental disorders in combatants, taking into account the state of the affective, cognitive and behavioural spheres and the sphere of social functioning and social adaptation, which formed the basis of the development and approval of a comprehensive psychiatric care system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experienced specialists in the field of medicine took part in the meeting of the specialized scientific academic board which testifies to the importance and high evaluation of the conducted research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specialized academic board made a decision to award Marianna Koval the degree of doctor of philosophy in Health Care based on the public defence of the dissertation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marianna Koval expresses her deepest appreciation to the administration of TNMU for creating all the conditions for successful work on the dissertation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
