The young specialist, who graduated from I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University in 2017 (\u201cGeneral Medicine\u201d program), shared his unique story and experience of serving in the army.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"818\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4-818x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4-818x460.jpg 818w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4-240x135.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image001-4.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 818px) 100vw, 818px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">During his studies at the university, after completing a course of military medical training at the Department of Disaster and Military Medicine, Maksym received the officer rank of \u201cJunior Lieutenant of Medical Service\u201d and, being mobilized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, assumed responsibility for the battalion\u2019s medical service. Having encountered real challenges in the service, he decided to expand his skills and knowledge by enrolling in a Bachelor\u2019s program at the Institute of Nursing. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Maksym held the position of Captain of Medical Service in the Izium direction. Currently, it serves on the Sumy route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"613\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5-613x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69195\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5-613x460.jpg 613w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image002-5.jpg 1800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 613px) 100vw, 613px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">During a meeting with students and specialists of the institute, Maksym Frolov talked about the real challenges faced by the medical service at the front. His story contained important information about the functional duties of combat medics, the specifics of working with military personnel, namely the specifics of combat wounds, sanitary-hygienic and medical aspects, prevention of infectious diseases, psychological support and the need for in-depth knowledge of tactical medicine. Maksym\u2019s main achievement was that he warmed the hearts of everyone present with his kindness and confidence in our victory. Students were interested in how to enlist in order to become part of a team that protects people\u2019s lives and the independence of our country. Myksym Frolov also shared his own educational pathway, revealing that he is currently a Master\u2019s degree nursing student at the Institute.
