ensure the harmonious development of the personality and a high level of life activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">After all, the basis of a healthy lifestyle is an individual system of behaviour that contributes to the formation of habits of rational nutrition, physical activity and healthy sleep, which in turn prevents the development of a number of diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The main aspects of a balanced diet and the peculiarities of taking nutritional supplements were also discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
