On November 19, 2023, the Vitalii Venher Cup futsal tournament was held at the \u201cTNTU Polytechnic\u201d sports complex. Recently, Vitalii gave the most valuable thing he had \u2013 his life, for the will and independence of Ukraine. Heroes don\u2019t die while their memory lives on. This is a small part of what we can do to honour the memory of a fallen soldier. Vitalii Venher partially devoted his life to football: he was a multiple champion of many competitions, a regional champion among higher educational institutions. In the NGO \u201cKozatsko-Desantnyi Rii\u201d he was responsible for information and sports and mass work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four teams took part in the tournament, including those from Ternopil National Technical University, Ternopil National Medical University, Ternopil City Council and the team \u201cFriends of Vitalii Venher (AHCh)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an uncompromising struggle, the TNMU team won the first prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winners were the fifth-year students of the Faculty of Medicine: Taras Paslavskyi, Maksym Levytskyi, Myron Boiko and Vladyslav Overchuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique transition cup, which was made by volunteers and the military, will be kept at our university until the start of the new tournament, which will take place at the end of February 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
