It demonstrates how mental health can be expressed and explored through creativity. Usually, prominent artists who create pictures on psychiatric subjects reflect various aspects of mental health, transfer their own psychoanalysis, treatment and interaction between the patient and the doctor to the picture. And what happens when a doctor is also an artist?

The answer to this question can be found in one of the classrooms of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology of Ternopil National Medical University.

Recently, intern psychiatrist Anastasia Danyliuk, who studies at the department, created a series of paintings “PSYCHIATRY IN COLOR”.

All paintings are made with oil paints on canvases in the format of 600×800 mm.
