Muslim students of Ternopil National Medical University celebrated Ukraine\u2019s independence in a unique way \u2013 they handed over charitable aid to Ukrainians who suffered as a result of the war, as well as to Ukrainian defenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection of necessary items lasted from June 19 to July 31, 2023 in the premises that TNMU allocated for the spiritual needs of the Muslim community of foreign students. The textbooks donated by the graduates were given to their junior colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizing team included students Mohd Suleman, Mohammad Nihal, Umar Farooq, Zakir Husain, Shamshad Ahmad, Adish Mansoori, Arsh Malik, Javed Ansari, Sagib ul Islam, Abdeldayem Hakem.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the collected items were sent to Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv on August 24, 2023. Another considerable part of the collected money was given to representatives of the NGO \u201cNeskoreni dukhom\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special thanks to the students who helped to load the humanitarian parcels, including Zakir Husain, Saqib ul Islam, Abdeldayem Hakem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
