mental trauma during the war and its impact on the health of the population; peculiarities of providing medical care to patients with mental and drug-related disorders during wartime; psychological assistance to forced migrants, children, elderly people with mental and behavioral disorders; psychosocial rehabilitation of victims and the most vulnerable population groups; psychiatric and narcological assistance to military personnel during war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-full eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"174\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image003-23.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image003-23.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image003-23-300x75.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">At the plenary session during the event, Professor Olena Venher presented a report on the topic \u201cPrinciples of affective disorders diagnosis and therapy in military personnel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"818\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image005-21-818x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65599\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image005-21-818x460.jpg 818w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image005-21-240x135.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image005-21-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image005-21.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 818px) 100vw, 818px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In general, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, medical psychologists, narcologists, family medicine doctors, health care management organizers, social workers took part in the conference, which was held online;
