On April 19, 2023, in Rzesz\u00f3w (Republic of Poland), the Partners Search Forum in the field \u201cHealth\u201d was held as part of the cross-border cooperation program \u201cPoland-Ukraine 2021-2027\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was represented by Victoria Furdela, Associate Professor of the Department of Paediatrics No. 2, and Olena Mykoliuk, a leading specialist of the Project Management Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the official part of the event, information was presented about the priorities of the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 Program, current competitions and the best projects in the field of \u201cHealth\u201d in past programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second part of the Forum was devoted to meetings with representatives of Polish hospitals, medical schools, self-governing units interested in cooperation in thematic groups: 1) hospitalization, long-term medical care; 2) emergency medical assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the two-minute presentations, 6 project proposals from the university were presented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDevelopment of cross-border cooperation in providing assistance to families with children with diabetes and obesity (expansion of the functioning of diabetes schools in border regions)\u201d;
\u201cAssessment and management of neonatal and parental stress in neonatal intensive care units\u201d;
\u201cAttitudes towards preventive vaccinations of residents of Ukraine and citizens of Ukraine living in Poland \u2013 identification of factors that determine confidence in vaccinations\u201d;
\u201cUse of telecommunication technologies used in the provision of medical and rehabilitation assistance\u201d;
\u201cImproving the rehabilitation system in the cross-border region\u201d;
\u201cImproving access to early diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of tick-borne diseases among populations at risk for tick-borne infections: forestry and park workers, hunters, farmers, berry pickers, and the military.\u201d
After the presentations, there was an active discussion of the projects and the possibilities of their implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrs. Aneta Radachynska, representative of the department of scientific projects, international cooperation and European funds of Rzesz\u00f3w University, and Dariusz Mlynarchyk, member of the board of the Siedlce Hospital, Mazowiecki Voivodeship, expressed a special interest in the joint implementation of projects with TNMU.
