On September 16, Professor Harald Teufelsbauer received a response to his request from the company. The letter stated that the management of \u201cScanlan International\u201d thanks for the sent request asking to help Mr. Harald in fulfilling his humanitarian mission in Ukraine. This is Harald Teufelsbauer\u2019s second visit to our city since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
