From July 20 to 22, 2022, a kick-off workshop was held in online format for administrators of higher education in Ukraine who passed the preliminary selection within the framework of the \u201cTHEA Ukraine X\u201d program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multiplication workshops for higher education administrators in Ukraine (THEA Ukraine X) is a professional development and training program for Ukrainian higher education administrators with the aim of internationalization of higher education institutions (HEIs) and science management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program qualifies two groups of 6 participants (higher education managers, e.g. heads of international offices, heads of quality assurance departments and others) from Ukraine to become higher education management coaches who will offer multiplication seminars at Ukrainian universities. Six Ukrainian coaches, who have already completed the training and will work in team with the selected participants, will make the multiplication training successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Associate Professor of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, acting Head of the Centre for Improving Pedagogical and Professional Skills of Teachers, Sofiia Husak will work in team with Larysa Kalachevska, Head of the Department of International Relations, Professor of the Department of Public Management and Administration of the Sumy National Agrarian University, after which multiplication training will be held for TNMU teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the development of academic competencies and general management skills necessary for the management of higher education, \u201cTHEA Ukraine X\u201d aims to establish an effective exchange between German and Ukrainian researchers and administrators and to create sustainable regional networks in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was developed and will be implemented by the Centre for Quality Assurance and Improvement \u201cWandelwerk FH M\u00fcnster\u201d in cooperation with Sumy State University and other Ukrainian and German experts. \u201cTHEA Ukraine X\u201d is the next project of \u201cTHEA Ukraine (2019 \u2013 2021)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
