\u201cEvery story must be heard!\u201d \u2013 these are the words of the first-year medical students of TNMU Mariia Solomakhina and Sofiia Berehuliak and a fifth-year student Liliia Rasevych who organized a patriotic project with the support of the TNMU Student Parliament, which together with the volunteer project \u201cLife will conquer death, and light will conquer darkness\u201d provided fundraising for drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its purpose is to share photographs taken between February 24, 2022 and the present time. In order to take part, it was required to make a charitable contribution of UAH 50 to the collection within the project \u201cLife will conquer death, and light will conquer darkness\u201d. The funds raised were transferred to the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters, which assists the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone could take part and donate a certain amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students supported the initiative and shared their photos, experiences, fighting spirit and unity through their own creativity, contributing to our victory!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is one of the students\u2019 works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am your Mariupol. The enemy knocked out my eyes. Do you see my blackened walls? He burned my body. He is breaking me to pieces. Brick after brick, because it seeks my soul. My people. I close them as best I can. They say I\u2019m a fortress \u2013 I\u2019m holding on! I\u2019m holding on while they are fighting for me and the others are watching in silence. I have to endure, because I am the heart of this war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My defenders\u2026 I don\u2019t know how, but they are still defending, holding back the Russian horde. These are my heroes, but they are not iron. They cannot last forever. The only thing they are afraid of is to betray their words, the promises they made to their brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe I am remembered. I believe that I will be saved. I really want to live. Ukraine, have you not forgotten about me!?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So shout about MARIUPOL! Shout about AZOV!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We volunteered a lot, but we could not remain indifferent to the events in Mariupol, it was important for us to convey all the pain and shout to the people about it. The photograph is filled with pain and a call to save the city at any cost\u201d, \u2013 said Savchuk Solomiia (2nd year TNMU student).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
