On May 12 and 19, 2022, a student of Ternopil National Medical University&nbsp;<strong>Vadym Nevidomskyi<\/strong>&nbsp;organized free pre-hospital emergency care courses in the village of Vovkovyii, Rivne region, for all those wishing to gain these essential skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-full eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"867\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-56498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image2.jpeg 867w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image2-300x266.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image2-768x680.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image2-624x553.jpeg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 867px) 100vw, 867px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The courses were held according to the CABC protocol. It was demonstrated how to examine an injured person properly and in what sequence, to apply a tourniquet for limb bleeding, how to apply the method of tamponade of wounds during bleeding from nodal joints. It was also demonstrated how to properly mobilize limbs in fractures, how to use methods of CPR and pre-hospital care for gunshot wounds to the chest and eye injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-full eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image0.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-56499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image0.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image0-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image0-624x832.jpeg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The total number of participants was 51 people.
