I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University and the Non-Governmental Organization \u201cNational Association of Oriental Medicine\u201d have concluded a Cooperation Agreement. Both sides agreed to cooperate in solving problems and tasks of scientific and educational activities in accordance with the requirements of teaching, research and educational work with students, in sharing experience in oriental medicine, rehabilitation and preventive medicine, implementation of innovative technologies, relations in the culture and social affairs.<\/p>\n

The agreement provides for favourable conditions for training of highly qualified scientific personnel; conducting research and development of new educational technologies in oriental medicine; establishing joint cooperation with Chinese medical institutions of higher education, internships for teachers, doctoral students and post-graduate students at Chinese medical institutions of higher education; preparation and publication of joint scientific publications, monographs, textbooks, manuals; formation of modern scientific and methodological support of the learning process; organization of joint scientific events: conferences, seminars, round tables, science weeks, etc.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed by Professor Mykhaylo Korda, the Rector of TNMU, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, and Oleksandr Samsonov, the Chairman of the National Association of Oriental Medicine.<\/p>\n
