Within the cooperation agreement with the Samarkand State Medical Institute (Uzbekistan) on March 15-26, 2021, a two-week intensive course of student virtual academic mobility (web academic exchange) took place at TNMU; with the assistance of the International Relations Department the teachers of Ternopil and Samarkand medical universities were involved.<\/p>\n

The two-week intensive involved lectures and bilateral discussions on current issues of maintaining, preserving and restoring human health in the nursing practice, due to the fact that a nurse is key in working with patients, especially during the pandemic. The project consisted of 10 workshops in zoom-conference mode.<\/p>\n

Aliiev Mansur Abdukhalikovych, the Dean of the International Faculty of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, and Harifulina Lilia Marativna, the Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, took part in the project.<\/p>\n

During the discussions, the current matters of involving nurses in practice using inter-level collaborations in their daily work (Prof., Dr. Yastremska S.O.), the importance of creation of a culture of cooperation between nurses and support services in clinical settings (senior researcher, Associate Professor Lisnychuk N.Ye.) were argued. Establishment of the topical issues of research in nursing, development of nursing research process from idea to study process were discussed in detail by Associate Professors Danylevich Yu.O. and Danchak S.V..<\/p>\n
