Recently, Ken Kuroda, a representative of the Japanese manufacturing company of diagnostic medical equipment \u201cYoshida\u201d, visited the Faculty of Dentistry of TNMU. Vice-rector for Science, Education and Clinical Affairs, Professor Stepan Zaporozhan familiarized the guest with the activities of our University. The representative of a partner company in Ukraine, director of the Ternopil private enterprise \u201cGalit\u201d Volodymyr Zolotyi spoke about the \u201cYoshida\u201d company. He noted that the production facilities of the company use the latest technologies in the development and production of dental units, handpieces, x-ray equipment, dental computer tomographs, laser, MRI and other medical products. The company\u2019s special dental product is panoramic CT scanners, MRI scans.<\/p>\n

Ken Kuroda delivered a lecture on 3D diagnostics in dentistry and on the use of this technique in dental practice.<\/p>\n

TNMU senior students and interns came to listen to this informative lecture. During the visit, an agreement was reached between the Japanese side and TNMU. It is worth noting that modern equipment manufactured by \u201cYoshida\u201d, in particular the orthopanomograph, is used at clinical facilities of TNMU Faculty of Dentistry.<\/p>\n
