The School agenda included plenary sessions, satellite symposia, workshops, discussion club on topical issues of paediatrics, clinical cases discussions, conducted by leading specialists in the fields of pediatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, pulmonology, allergology, neurology, nephrology, endocrinology, cardio-rheumatology, genetics, as well as reports and workshops by foreign experts from Germany and the UK. At this Conference, I.Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was represented by the Head of the Department of Pediatrics of the Postgraduate Education Institute, Professor\u00a0<strong>Natalia Banadyha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-41448 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image001-9-624x468.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Professor Galina Beketova (National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education) with the German delegation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On the first day, three discussion clubs were held: \u201cHypersensitivity reactions to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs\u201d, moderated by Professor\u00a0<strong>Alla Nakonechna<\/strong>\u00a0(UK); \u201cPharmacological support of colds in the practice of the first contact doctor\u201d, moderated by Professors E.\u00a0Suprun and H.\u00a0Mozhova. (Kyiv). A special interest was aroused by the discussion held by TNMU Professor Natalia Banadyha on the topic \u201cThe problem of subfebrile and febrile conditions in paediatrics\u201d. The participants of the discussion exchanged opinions, listened to the moderator\u2019s opinion, discussed the provisions of modern world recommendations based on the principles of evidence-based medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image003-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-41449 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image003-6-242x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image003-6-242x300.jpg 242w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image003-6.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image003-6-624x773.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Professor Natalia Banaduha is holding a discussion club.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Conference addenda also included reports by international experts in various fields of pediatrics.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Alla Nakonechna (MD, PhD, United Kingdom, Liverpool University) presented the approaches to the interpretation of ImmunoCAP ISAC molecular diagnostics results.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Hermann Josef Girschick (MD, PhD, Director of the Vivanter International Medicine Center) who since 2009 holds the position of Director of Perinatal Center, Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Diseases of the Vivantes Clinic in Friedrichshain in Berlin, specializes in pediatric rheumatology, osteology, immunology, pediatric infectious diseases, hematology and oncology. Professor reported on diseases of the rheumatic clinical and morphological group in childhood.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Thomas Erler (MD, PhD) specializes in neonatology, intensive in pediatrics, sleep medicine. At the conference he made a presentation \u201cSomnology: classification of sleep disorders in children. Indications to polysomnography\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Michael Radke, who specializes in Pediatric Gastroenterology and in 2015-2018 was the Director of University Children\u2019s Hospital Rostock, spoke about the problem of chronic inflammatory bowel disease in childhood and adolescence.<\/p>\n<p>In his lecture \u201cCystic Fibrosis: Manifest Forms, Diagnosis, Modern Therapeutic Approaches, Models of Long-term Management, Prognosis\u201d, Professor Jochen G. Mainz, the Head of the Pediatric Pulmonology and Cystic Fibrosis Clinic in Westbrandenburg, Brandenburg-on-Gaffel presented the latest developments and results of treatment of cystic fibrosis in children.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Beate Radke (MD, Member of DDG and working group on pediatric dermatology) made a presentation \u201cAtopic dermatitis: what\u2019s new in diagnosis, prevention and treatment?
