<\/a><\/p>\nMeeting with Ternopil State Medical University rector Professor Mykhaylo Korda, Renata Roman discussed cooperation between TSMU and University of Toronto department of medical rehabilitation, in particular the possibility of implementing an academic exchange program for professors and students. In Ms. Roman\u2019s opinion, Canadian experience in the organization of higher education and practical medicine will contribute to professional development of our specialists. The new knowledge and skills can be then implemented in our country.<\/p>\n
Likewise, there are many Canadian specialists willing to come to Ternopil to read courses to our students and share their experience with professors and medical practitioners.<\/p>\n Renata Roman delivered a lecture \u201cThe Role of the Physical Therapist in the Rehabilitation Process\u201d and gave a master class \u201cPhysical Rehabilitation for Diseases of the Musculoskeletal System\u201d for Faculty of Medicine students studying specialties Human Health, Physical Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy.<\/p>\n \u201cThe main aim is to give an understanding of the importance of physical therapist in medical practice and the importance of this profession in worldwide.
