The knight club\u00a0Golden spur<\/em>\u00a0is a medieval re-enactment group of students that has been active at TSMU for the last two years. Student of the Faculty of Dentistry Andriy Andrusyk initiated its creation. Our knights find time not only to study and train, but also to bring prizes from national and international tournaments.<\/p>\n

Recently they represented TSMU and returned with a coveted certificate of the second place in a large knight tournament, World Championship in HMB\u00a0Battle of the Nations<\/em>. History fans from over 35 countries took part in the event, and among those competing for the awards was Ukrainian national team, which included two of our students, Andriy Andrusyk and Vladyslav Dovgaliuk.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis year we achieved really good result. Women team won the first place in battles in a 3 by 3 tournament. In the 21 by 21 we took the second place. I want to note that the readiness of our team was quite high and we had a chance of winning gold. In the 5 by 5 tournament we also achieved the second place. I finished second in the individual ranking of the 21 by 21. Another member of our team Vladyslav Dovgaliuk also had a good run. Overall, the festival had a high level of organization. We had a lot of positive emotions and interacted with participants from different countries who shared their training experience \u201c, \u2013 said the creator of the knight team at TSMU, third-year student of the Faculty of Dentistry Andriy Andrusyk.<\/p>\n

The club members plan to participate in several knight \u00a0festivals throughout \u00a0the summer. We will posting updates about their endeavors.<\/p>\n
