On November 19-20, the delegation form I.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University visited the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska, Poland. It consisted of the Vice-Rector for Research Professor Ivan Klishvh, the Head of the Central Research Laboratory the senior researcher Natalia Lisnychuk, the Head of the Department of Functional Diagnostics and Clinical Pathophysiology Professor Maria Marushchak, Associate Professor of the Department of Medical Biochemistry Olha Yaremchuk and the Head of the Office for Research Associate Professor Oksana Shevchuk.<\/p>\n

On November 19 the TSMU delegation met with the rector of the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska, Poland Professor Josef Berger.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\"\u0444\u043e\u0442\u043e2\"<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Berher emphasized a fruitful cooperation in Ukraine-Polish joint research projects within our universities. Also, Samarkand State Medical Institute (Uzbekistan) joining into the borreliosis researches was discussed.<\/p>\n

\"\u0444\u043e\u0442\u043e3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Rector of the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska shared his plans on \u201cInternational Cooperation Strategy 2014-2020\u201d between Ukraine, Poland and Belarus supported by the Ministry of Public Health of Poland. The participation of the TSMU scientists in the part of this project \u201cWomen 50+ life style\u201d was discussed.<\/p>\n

Also, the scientists of our university received an invitation to publish their research papers in the journal, published by the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education \u201cHealth Problems of Civilization\u201d.<\/p>\n

On the same day a meeting of our delegation with the scientists involved in the project \u201cPolonez\u201d Agata Wojtuszkiewicz, Dorota Plewik, Justyna Niewi\u0144ska and others was held.<\/p>\n

The TSMU delegation, accompanied by the Head of Regional Research Center Marcin Wienera, the Head of the \u201cResearch Center for Innovative Technologies\u201d of this laboratory Dorota Plewik also visited a modern laboratory of the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska.<\/p>\n

On November 20 a final meeting of the delegation with the Rector of the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska, Poland Professor Josef Berger was held. The directions and opportunities for further cooperation between our universities and our university\u2019s partners were discussed and resumed.<\/p>\n
