Ma\u0142gorzata Szkup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The University of Murcia, Spain (lead representative \u2013 Dr. Marzena Mik\u0142a)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The University of Novo Mesto, Slovenia (lead representative \u2013 Prof. Nevenka Kregar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Cyprus University of Technology, Cyprus (lead representative \u2013 Dr. Elena Rusu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In this project, I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University (lead representative \u2013 Prof. Olha Fedortsiv) represents Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The MultiCultiMed project aims to enhance cultural awareness and intercultural competence among medical students and faculty to improve healthcare delivery for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Multicultural education in medicine promotes better integration of various social groups and fosters understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity in patient care. The project will expand access to knowledge and develop awareness, competence, and sensitivity regarding multiculturalism among medical students. Additionally, a learning platform and a mobile application will be developed as a guide for educators in multicultural education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The project&#8217;s primary outcome will be the development of an open-access, modern textbook on multiculturalism in medicine and health sciences, available as a free e-book on the educational platform.
