The schoolchildren were encouraged to rethink their attitude toward their diet and made conclusions about the need to make changes to their eating habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">To aid understanding, the students provided a list of foods to exclude from the diet and suggested alternatives. They also discussed everyday harmful eating habits, such as overeating\/undereating, irregular eating patterns, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the meeting, the university students conducted a workshop for the schoolchildren on creating a daily meal plan.
