The presentation took place at the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference <em>\u201cModern Nursing: Realities and Challenges\u201d<\/em> held at Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and was attended by over a hundred nurses, midwives, paramedics, and medical assistants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"783\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16-783x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-156709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16-783x460.jpg 783w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16-230x135.jpg 230w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16-768x451.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16-200x118.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image001-16.jpg 1234w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 783px) 100vw, 783px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The working group has already conducted a series of presentations on postgraduate studies in Nursing for prospective applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mariia Marushchak highlighted the critical milestones in developing the PhD program at the university, the challenges faced by the working group during different stages of its establishment, and the obstacles encountered in encouraging nurses to enroll in the third-level higher education program.
