Four students participated in the competition: Marta-Viktoriia Zaleshchuk, Dmytro Datsiuk, Anastasiia Nikulina, and Mykhailo Yakovenko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">According to the <em>\u201cRegulations on Competitive Selection for Student Participation in Academic Exchange Programs,\u201d<\/em> the following criteria were established for applicants:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-9865a8\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Academic performance<\/strong>: consistent success in their studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Language proficiency<\/strong>: English and\/or German skills sufficient for comprehending theoretical aspects of courses and communicating with instructors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>High professional motivation<\/strong>: involvement in scientific activities such as participating in programs like <em>&#8220;Student Science and Career Guidance Training,&#8221; &#8220;Student \u2013 Future Specialist with High-Qualification Skills,&#8221; and research groups in clinical departments, presenting at conferences, and <\/em>publishing scientific works or other intellectual property achievements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>International experience<\/strong>: participation in programs like international summer schools, internships, student practicums, or foreign conferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Social activity<\/strong>: contributions to community or university initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The selection committee thoroughly reviewed the r\u00e9sum\u00e9s and supporting documents submitted by the candidates, highlighting their achievements.
