During the event, Alina Pokryshko presented two poster reports focusing on clinical cases in diagnosing and treating food allergies in children. Participants discussed advanced scientific approaches to diagnosing and managing anaphylaxis, emphasizing a comprehensive &#8220;from bench to bedside&#8221; methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The conference addressed various topics, including the immune mechanisms underlying allergy development, innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods, and the application of molecular allergology and basophil activation tests.
