On March 16, 2025, TNMU hosted an Open Day. The university welcomed future applicants, including high school graduates, medical college graduates, and individuals interested in master’s programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the event officially began, guests had the opportunity to attend emergency medical training sessions conducted by paramedic students under the guidance of Professor Arsen Hudyma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the assembly hall, applicants and their parents were greeted by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Arkadiy Shulhai; Dean of the Medical Faculty, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi; Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dmytro Korobko; Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Svitlana Boitsaniuk; Director of the Institute of Nursing, Svitlana Danchak; and Admissions Committee Secretary, Ihor Drach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Arkadiy Shulhai conveyed greetings from the university’s Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, emphasizing TNMU\u2019s leading position among classical and medical universities in Ukraine. He provided insights into the available specialties, academic programs, faculty expertise, infrastructure, and international collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this, TNMU Student Parliament President Sofiia Berehuliak and her deputy Kateryna Martsiuk introduced the guests to student self-governance, student-led initiatives, and opportunities for personal development at TNMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihor Drach focused on changes in the application and admission process, answering questions from prospective students and their parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Open Day extended beyond the administrative building. After the official part, applicants and their families visited different faculties of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Associate Professor Tetiana Henyk from the Department of Anatomy guided guests through the university\u2019s Morphology Building and conducted a tour of the Anatomical Museum, emphasizing the importance of human anatomy in medical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Future pharmacists were welcomed by Associate Professor Dmytro Korobko, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. He introduced visitors to the educational program, the faculty\u2019s infrastructure, the training pharmacy, and laboratory facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some guests explored the Faculty of Dentistry, where they visited various departments and met faculty members, including Associate Professor Orysiia Bandrivska from the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, Associate Professor Iryna Antonyshyn from the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry, Associate Professor Nataliia Tverdokhlib and Assistant Ivan Stefaniv from the Department of Surgical Dentistry, and Vasyl Krupey from the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Admissions Committee reminds prospective students that high school and medical college graduates can apply for admission only based on the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT). Registration will be open until April 3.
