This visit was an important opportunity to gain new insights into the organization and operation of such centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"613\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-613x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-164463\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-613x460.jpg 613w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/27621.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 613px) 100vw, 613px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The center occupies more than 360 square meters and utilizes modern remotely controlled manikins, individual simulation rooms with control zones, debriefing rooms (a total of 6\u20137 rooms), and a staff room. The center employs three instructors who also train sub-instructors for simulation training sessions and supervise their activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-345x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-164465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-345x460.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-101x135.jpg 101w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029-200x267.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/91029.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The primary mission of this facility is workplace-based simulations in various departments of the university hospital, guided by educational programs or commissioned by stakeholders.
