From May 8 to 10, 2025<\/strong>, Ternopil National Medical University (TNMU) hosted a live broadcast of the 10th anniversary McMaster International Review Conference of Internal Medicine (MIRCIM)<\/strong>, which took place in Krakow, Poland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the collaboration between TNMU and the Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine (PIEBM)<\/strong>, our university was granted exclusive online access<\/strong> for faculty, healthcare professionals, interns, and students to join one of the most important global events highlighting the latest trends and evidence-based approaches<\/strong> in the diagnosis and treatment of common internal medicine conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This large-scale congress was organized by McMaster University\u2019s Department of Medicine<\/strong> and PIEBM<\/strong>, in cooperation with the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM)<\/strong>, the International Society of Internal Medicine (ISIM)<\/strong>, and the Jagiellonian University Medical College<\/strong>, in partnership with over 40 national internal medicine societies<\/strong> worldwide, including the American College of Physicians (ACP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-day congress featured 11 sessions<\/strong> and over 60 lectures<\/strong>, covering key specialties and major innovations in internal medicine. Participants had the unique opportunity to hear firsthand about the most recent studies and clinical practice recommendations<\/strong>\u2014the very content that will soon be reflected in international guidelines and protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
