On May 22\u201323, 2025, over 300 participants took part in the 22nd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation, “Modern Trends and Prospects for the Development of Higher Medical (Pharmaceutical) Education in Ukraine.”<\/em> The event was hosted by I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University and conducted via the Microsoft Teams platform, with simultaneous streaming on YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference was opened by the Head of the Organizing Committee, TNMU Rector Professor Mykhailo Korda. In his welcoming address, he emphasized the importance of finding new solutions for the development of medical and pharmaceutical education in the face of modern challenges. Professor Korda highlighted that continuous curriculum renewal, the implementation of digital tools, interdisciplinary integration, and the assurance of academic integrity are key factors in shaping a competitive professional in the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two-day conference program included plenary and sectional sessions, as well as poster presentations, showcasing over 80 contributions. Participants from various Ukrainian medical and pharmaceutical institutions discussed key challenges and opportunities for advancing educational programs, implementing innovative teaching methods, and enhancing the overall quality of higher medical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The event demonstrated a high level of interest among the academic community in improving medical and pharmaceutical education in Ukraine.
