On June 4, 2025, representatives of the Romanian charitable organization “Johanniter Mission Siret” visited I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. The delegation included volunteers from different countries, namely Anna-Maria Maidaniuc (Romania), Bennet Conrads (Germany), Nicola Hinnaja (Italy), Max Pelz (Germany), and Jonathan Neumann (Germany). They met with the Rector of TNMU, Professor Mykhailo Korda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Maria Maidaniuc spoke about the activities of “Johanniter Mission Siret” and the work that has been accomplished over the past three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In turn, Professor Korda acquainted the guests with the university\u2019s volunteer initiatives, support provided to hospitals and military medical facilities during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and the training of civilians in basic premedical care and of military medics in tactical medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
