On August 31, 2025, the Faculty of Medicine of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University solemnly welcomed 93 students of the \u201cTherapy and Rehabilitation\u201d program and 50 students of the \u201cClinical Psychology\u201d program. The event began with a moment of silence to honor the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine\u2019s independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, addressed the students with a welcoming speech:
\u201cDear students, congratulations on this important step in your life! You have chosen highly demanded and humane professions. Your knowledge and skills will be essential for restoring people\u2019s health and peace of mind. I wish you inspiration, patience, and success in your studies so that you become true professionals, capable of bringing hope and help to those who need it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First-year students were also greeted by Anastasiia Bai, the program director of \u201cTherapy and Rehabilitation\u201d:
\u201cI am glad to welcome you on your path to mastering a profession that helps people return to a full life. This is a very responsible mission, and I believe you will fulfill it with dignity. I wish you to achieve all your goals and proudly carry the title of student of our university.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
