On September 16, 2025, I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University officially opened the Primary Health Care Center of the University Clinic, located in Dormitory No. 1 at 3 Torhovytsia Street. The Center provides convenient access to medical services not only for students, but also for university staff and anyone who wishes to maintain their health at a high level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the opening ceremony, Vice-Rector for Academic, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Professor Stepan Zaporozhan, emphasized that thanks to the new Primary Health Care Center<\/em>, TNMU students and faculty will receive continuous medical supervision. \u201cHere one will be able to receive free primary medical care, obtain medical certificates, and undergo preventive check-ups,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also added that the University Clinic\u2019s Primary Health Care Center offers a wide range of services. These include consultations with a family physician, preventive medical examinations, vaccination of children and adults, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases. A significant advantage is the availability of comprehensive laboratory tests, including clinical and biochemical blood and urine analyses, as well as ECG, which enable timely detection of health deviations and evidence-based physician recommendations. If necessary, patients may also undergo ultrasound (US) examinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Svitlana Zhernova<\/strong> \u2013 Nurse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oleksandr Lozynskyi<\/strong> \u2013 Head of the Mental Health Center, Psychiatrist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    To access the full range of primary medical services, patients need to sign a declaration. The procedure is very simple: only a passport, tax identification number, and mobile phone number are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
