The event was organized with the participation of faculty members from the <strong>Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, and Medical Psychology<\/strong> of <strong>I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"613\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763-613x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-172756\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763-613x460.jpg 613w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657763.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 613px) 100vw, 613px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The aim of the event was to enhance the <strong>psychological resilience<\/strong> of healthcare professionals, develop <strong>resilience skills<\/strong>, prevent <strong>professional burnout<\/strong>, and promote <strong>self-help resource strategies<\/strong> among doctors and psychologists who work daily in the challenging field of psychiatric care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">During the meeting, participants discussed mechanisms for developing stress resistance, practiced techniques of <strong>emotional self-regulation<\/strong>, shared personal experiences of overcoming professional challenges, and explored ways to maintain <strong>mental health<\/strong> within a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image size-large eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750-345x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-172758\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750-345x460.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750-101x135.jpg 101w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750-200x267.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.tdmu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/5438402214738657750.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The event took place in an atmosphere of openness, mutual support, and professional enrichment.
