As part of the cooperation between I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University<\/strong> and Zhytomyr Regional Clinical Hospital<\/strong>, a seminar titled \u201cMedical Errors in Modern Conditions: Clinical, Expert, and Legal Aspects\u201d<\/em> was held in Zhytomyr on October 23\u201324, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar was opened by:
\u2013 Oleksandr Veselovskyi<\/strong>, Acting General Director of the Municipal Nonprofit Enterprise \u201cO. F. Herbachevskyi Regional Clinical Hospital\u201d of the Zhytomyr Regional Council;
\u2013 Stepan Zaporozhan<\/strong>, Vice-Rector for Science, Education and Clinical Affairs of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Assoc. Prof. Nadiia Humenna<\/strong> presented \u201cThe Legal Status of a Physician under Current Ukrainian Legislation\u201d<\/em>;

\u2013 Assoc. Prof. Larysa Martyniuk<\/strong> discussed \u201cMedical Errors in Endocrinology\u201d<\/em>;

It is hoped that this seminar, held in a clinical setting, helped summarize the work accomplished and outline new objectives for the future.
