He also focused on why communication is critically important for true leaders. Participants, together with the trainer, examined leadership types and deeply analyzed the foundations of power. The primary emphasis was on the fact that communication is not just a tool, but a decisive factor that shapes a leader’s influence and their ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Clear, mindful communication is the foundation upon which trust and a shared vision are built in educational and medical environments.

Vakhtang Kebuladze encouraged participants to reflect on the ideas of great philosophers who, over the centuries, have tried to understand the very nature of human capacity for dialogue. He emphasized that communication goes far beyond a simple exchange of words. From his perspective, it is a way of experiencing the Other, a unique opportunity to understand and accept the inner world of the interlocutor, which is a fundamental condition for humane and ethical communication, especially important in the fields of medicine and education. Vakhtang Kebuladze provided an ethical and worldview depth to the topic of communication.

Yuliia Martynenko provided a detailed breakdown of communication mechanics.
