Students from Group MM-110 at TNMU, accompanied by their curator, Professor Nadia Fedchyshyn, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, enjoyed an exciting and educational excursion to the Ivan Horbachevsky Museum-Estate in the village of Zarubyntsi, Ternopil region. In the cozy atmosphere of the family home, where the spirit of the era and the scientific legacy of the prominent Ukrainian scholar is still felt, they learned about his life, work, and tireless pursuit of knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The excursion was led by the Vice-Rector for Scientific, Education and Clinical Affairs at TNMU, Professor and Honored Worker of Health of Ukraine Stepan Zaporozhan. His narration provided a deep immersion into Ivan Horbachevsky\u2019s scientific heritage. He not only shared facts but also conveyed his personal admiration for the scholar, highlighting his contributions to biochemistry, medicine, and the organization of medical education in Ukraine. Students learned about the key stages of Horbachevsky\u2019s life, the challenges he overcame, and the ideas that became foundational for generations of scientists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the exhibition tour, students saw unique documents, personal belongings, scientific works, and archival materials. Each exhibit told its own story, and the atmosphere of the house helped convey the depth and scope of Horbachevsky\u2019s work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particularly warm and heartfelt moments were created by reading German-language documents \u2013 although it was not always easy, it added a special cozy and even cheerful mood to the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For students, this visit was not only an opportunity to deepen their knowledge but also left unforgettable impressions.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Students of group MM-110 express sincere gratitude to TNMU Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, for providing transportation for the trip, to Vice-Rector Stepan Zaporozhan, and to Head of the Department Nadia Fedchyshyn for an educational, interesting, and inspiring excursion. The visit to the Ivan Horbachevsky Estate provided students with new knowledge, great mood, and genuine pride in Ukrainian science. The trip was an unforgettable experience for the group, one they would like to repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
