The register includes <strong>216 scientific institutions and universities<\/strong> (166 scientific institutions and 50 higher education institutions) that have passed <strong>state attestation<\/strong> and have been classified into groups A, B, and C based on their results. According to <strong>Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity,\u201d<\/strong> this register determines which institutions are eligible for state support and under what conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Inclusion in the register provides the following advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-5805fc\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Tax benefits<\/strong>, allowing resources to be directed toward the development of research activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Protection from privatization<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Obligation to allocate <strong>at least 50% of income to science and infrastructure<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Secured a scientific profile<\/strong>, preventing changes in the type of activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">For the first time, research institutes and higher education institutions have been included in the register <strong>for a full five-year period, until December 31, 2030<\/strong>, without the need for re-attestation or reclassification. This reduces administrative burden and allows more time to achieve results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This year, applications for inclusion in the State Register were submitted through the <strong>National Electronic Scientific and Information System URIS<\/strong>, which <strong>streamlined the process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">We congratulate the TNMU team on this recognition of the university as a <strong>leading scientific institution in Ukraine<\/strong>!
