On February 26, with the support of the Center for Educational Work and Cultural Development at TNMU, a meeting was held with a first aid instructor, a member of the Rapid Response Team of the Ternopil Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society, a long-time volunteer, and a 6th-year medical student, Vladyslav Teslia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For first-year medical students (MM-104), Vladyslav led a seminar on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The event had a strong practical focus and was extremely relevant in today\u2019s realities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the training, each participant had the opportunity to practice skills independently on mannequins, try performing CPR, learn how to properly pack wounds, and stop massive bleeding. Students not only practiced but also actively communicated with the instructor, asked questions, and received professional advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such meetings have been held at our university many times, as developing practical first aid skills is extremely important. The ability to perform CPR in time or stop critical bleeding can save a life even before medical professionals arrive. The first minutes after an injury or cardiac arrest are often decisive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students enthusiastically participated in the training and expressed sincere gratitude to the group monitor, Vitalina Hlushok, for organizing the event, and to their instructor, Vladyslav Teslia, for his professionalism, support, and the opportunity to gain knowledge that is truly life-saving today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
